Copa América Centenario – uniting the Americas
Works created and produced the logo and brand design for the Copa América Centenario. This unique tournament celebrates 100 years of the competition and is taking place across 10 US cities; the first time it has been hosted outside of South America.
The logo features the famous Copa América trophy, (a special version of which has been designed for this edition) with 3 interlinking swirls forming a football representing North, Central and South America. The joining together of the two confederations Concacaf and Conmebol is visualised by two encircling arcs of colour.
