As well as our own presence on the UKTI stand at this years SportAccord in Saint Petersburg, Russia, we also designed the stand wall graphics, a giveaway brochure & produced a short video to kick start FIVB’s new initiative, launched here at the Convention.

The new development sees FIVB inviting bids from host cities to stage their forthcoming World Championship events, a first for the world volleyball federation. This global campaign will be gathering pace over the coming months and seeks to bring world class volleyball & beach volleyball events to new cities, new locations, new markets.

A new corporate brand identity for a brand new client. The first phase of a new identity, which is being developed & fully rolled out for this highly creative property developer, uniquely led by an architect, hence the tagline ‘Design Led Development’.

In the coming weeks we will be delivering new stationery, presentation tools, secondary brand elements, display and site graphics and a new website. This will be followed by a wide range of deliverables including promotional videos, digital assets and custom publications, created to help build the brand and establish Staunch as a market leader.

FIVB launch, Poland 2014

On Wednesday 24th April the eyes of the volleyball world turn to Warsaw in Poland for the Gala launch of the FIVB World Championships Poland 2014.

The Works created the Official Look for the tournament, along with collateral for the launch which includes official invitations, banners, signage and interview backdrops plus logo reveal animations for use during the event.

Works UK and Works Brasil came together at the 2013 Leaders Networking event in La Manga, Spain.

The 3 day event delivered a range of potential new business opportunities, mingled with a day of sporting challenges which proved far more difficult than our normal day to day business. After surviving the physical ordeals of 5 a side soccer, running, tug of war and the gruelling egg and spoon race, we came away with new contacts across the sporting spectrum.

SporTV – Brand Promo Video

We are excited to be working on our first Motion project for Globosat’s premium sports channel SporTV.

Based in Rio de Janeiro and broadcasting nationwide in Brazil, they asked us to produce a powerful new brand video to showcase the channel. With a wealth of great footage to work with and an original soundtrack which we are currently composing, its shaping up nicely. Watch this space!

Leeds Sports Awards

To help celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Leeds Sports Awards, we are proud to support the event and help congratulate all the sports men, women, clubs and institutions who helped to make 2012 a vintage year in Sport for the region.

With major successes in the London 2012 Olympics, in the swimming pool and on the rugby field, Leeds has a great deal to be proud of. The event is taking place in the Centenary Pavillion, Elland Road on the 14th March 2013 and our contribution is the dramatic, uplifting and emotional video content to support the awards ceremony on the night.

FIBA Americas Championship 2013 – draw

February has been a very busy time, as always, for the governing federation of world basketball, FIBA. Caracas, Venezuela played host for the draw for this summer’s FIBA Americas Championship which took place on Thursday 28th February 2013. Works UK is delivering the secondary branding and rollout for the tournament, in addition to the stage set branding, press and media collateral plus all other event dressing for the draw.

The 2013 Campeonato FIBA Americas is set to be just 1 out of 11 tournament brands which will be delivered to FIBA this year.
